Data Deletion Request

How to ask us to erase anything you have shared with us directly.
Ratan567 keeps as little information as possible. You do not need an account to read our results or charts, so for most visitors there is simply nothing stored that identifies you. If you have contacted us directly — for example over Call or WhatsApp — you can still ask us to erase whatever details you shared.
What Can Be Deleted
On request we will remove any information that can be linked to you, such as:
- The name or phone number you gave us in a message;
- The content of any conversation you had with our support team;
- Any support notes or records created from your enquiry.
How To Request Deletion
To have your information removed, send us a short message using any of the options below and mention that you want a data deletion:
Please send the request from the same number you originally contacted us on, so we can confirm the details belong to you.
What Happens Next
Once we have verified your request, we will delete the relevant information from our active records, usually within a few working days. In some cases a minimal record may be kept for a short period where the law requires it — for instance to prevent fraud or abuse — after which it is also removed.
